Lamb Chops

6 lamb chops
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tb rosemary
1-1/4 tp Kosher salt
1/2 tp black pepper
Zest of lemon
1/4 c olive oil

Place all ingredients into a zippered plastic bag. Marinate at least one hour. Sear each side on high heat 2-3 minutes, lower heat and cook 5-6 minutes more, until internal heat reaches 150 degrees.
